We recommend keeping your account active and just updating your hours to show that you are closed for the season. Staying active allows you to remain seen, plus you can continue to update your profile and send notifications to your followers.

We do offer a Seasonal Designation for those who want to remain visible, but have no need for additional activity. You can easily change your status to Seasonal within the vendor portal, and your cost will drop to $10/month. Your shop will remain listed, but you won't be able to add events, add deals, or purchase ads while under this designation. We'll remind you to edit your hours to show closed for the season.

While we never want to lose a friend, we understand that shops close or priorities change. You can easily cancel from within the vendor portal.
